The abstract submission deadline: February 28, 2018

• ACPJC2018 will have a poster session, and we are now calling for papers from ACP members and non-members (please click here to become a member).
• Candidates for Best Abstract are selected and presented from the submitted 　abstracts. Candidates for Best Abstract will be given an opportunity to make their presentations on June 2nd, besides from the poster session on the same day. “Best Abstract” will be named as “Kurokawa Award” The awards will be presented to the first authors of the abstract.
• “Kurokawa Award” will be selected by category (Medical Students, Residents / Fellows and Early Career Physicians up to 40 years old).
• In case of the Kurokawa Award winner is an ACP member and student, Residents / Fellows or Early Career Physicians up to 40 years old,
• The accepted abstracts will be included in the ACPJC2018 program & abstract book, and the program book will be incorporated in Japan Medical Abstracts Society database. If the winner is an ACP member,

Guideline

1. Submission Deadline February 28, 2018(Please send to office@acp2018.org)
2. We accept abstracts regarding clinical researches and case studies on clinical education and disease control/prevention of internal medicine. 
3. Abstracts duplicated from other submissions will not be accepted.
4. The language: in English
5. The length: maximum of 2000 characters (title and abstract together, including space)
6. No images and charts
7. Every character should be in half-width character.
8. Please do not indent the first line of the paragraphs.
9. The secretariat will not check the abstract for spellings, omissions, etc. The abstract will be printed as it was submitted, so please check it carefully.
10. Any change such as substituting the abstract, adding and changing the co-authors will not be allowed.
11. Acceptance notice will be sent out in the end of March. The presentation details will be informed with the notice.

The authors of the accepted abstracts will make presentation in Japanese or English of your choice at poster presentation on June 2nd, 2018. The authors of the selected best abstracts will make presentation in English and QA.
